Check these regulations from USPS.com to know what to send and what to send. By shipping with us you are complying to obey and honor this rules from US couriers.
Does your domestic membership works for the whole US?
It does work for the whole US. Wherever you are you can access to the benefits of our memberships.
Do you provide pick up in the whole US for your domestic membership?
If you purchase a Premium Plus membership and for any reason we can not provide the pick up at your area we will make sure that we can downgrade your membership and refund you that money. Domestic pick ups are done by another company not ours directly.
Do you provide pick up in the whole US for your international membership?
We only provide pick ups in Utah for international memberships. We go from Salem to North Ogden. We do provide pick ups in Park City and Heber City. If you selected the wrong membership, we can downgrade you and refund you the money.
What should i expect for international shipments pick ups?
Members of our team will contact you the day of the pick up to make sure to set that up with you. Have your package ready, your labels ready, and when we stop by your home we will check your package and make sure everything is right. We will then place the labels in your package and get it in its way to your missionary.
What should i expect for domestic shipments pick ups?
The day you selected for pick up have your package ready, with the labels sticked on your package and then leave it outside the door.
How long would it take until I receive my labels to put on my package?
As soon as you place your order a request to the courier for labels will be processed. Our experience has shown us that in 5 minutes we should have the labels ready to send them for you. However, sometimes the system is slower and it may take up to three hours. Despite this is the exception, we want to be transparent about it that it may happen. However, we will try to always send your labels in the next 60 minutes.
What are the instructions to prepare my package?
Once you have prepared your package, ordered through our system, and selected the pick up, place the labels emailed to you in the front of your package and then we do the rest of the work. Make sure that you put enough tape to close your package.
I am not in Utah, how does the pick up for Domestic shipping works?
The day you selected for pick up have your package ready, with the labels sticked on your package and then leave it outside the door. If we can not get a personal pick up to you and you selected the Premium Plus membership we could downgrade your membership and refund you the money.
I am not in. Utah, how does the pick up for international shipping works?
Sadly, at this moment we can not provide Personal pick ups outside UT if you selected the DHL shipping option. If you selected other couriers we may be able to help out. Give us a call :)
For the Domestic shipping, is it always 70% off?
Is up to 70% off, some discounts area greater than others. You can compare prices using USPS.com to know what exactly is what you saved. We reccomend using flat rate boxes to get a better discount.
Is the amount of insurance provided by you per shipment?
It is provided for every single shipment you do. So if you send 3 packages with us in a period of three months, you will always access to that amount for each package.
How does the live tracking works?
As soon as you package is shipped you will receive an email from Missionary Packages + where you can track your package every step of the way.
Can i always drop off my package at USPS? What if I select other courier?
If by any chance you select UPS or Fedex you will have to drop it off at their offices.
Can i always drop off my package at DHL? What if I select other courier?
For international shipping, you can drop it off at DHL or at any Seagull Book location currently working with us. If you selected other courier you can drop it off at its office. If you have questions about the drop off just give us a call and we will help you.
How do your discounts at other stores work?
When you become a member of our service you will receive and welcome email with the discount codes that you could use at our partners website for discounts. If you are at the store trying to use our discount just mention it to the cashier.
What does it mean package handling and document handling?
We will take care of all the process when it comes to dealing with all the documentation necessary for international shipping. You don’t have to do anything. We just need to make sure that when you filed put the list of items you included all the right information.
What does it mean we get Customs support?
If your package gets stuck in customs we will do all the work necessary so that your package can leave in a timely way. You wont have to be calling couriers to deal with all the custom issues, we will fight for you so you can relax. However, please include all the information that is needed correctly so we don’t have to go through a bad moment.
How does it work to drop off my package at Seagull Book?
Go to the store, scan the code you will see at the cashier, fill it, and then just leave your package to them. If it happens that you wanted to buy more stuff to add at the store, let us know.
